I have not encountered major bugs during the gameplay other than a few places where there was an invisible wall blocking my way. Some things that bothered me in the game: 1. Cannot turn off music, cannot control how loud the audio is. 2. There’s a mini map, but no large map where I could check all the available places where I can sell stuff. 3. No option to toggle run 4. I don’t feel the need to leave beginning area 5. There’s not much gameplay other than collecting and selling items. 6. I could just leave the game afk overnight and generate lots of revenue. 7. Citizens are just “decoration”, you cannot interact with them. 8. I cannot check anywhere what benefit I picked for my level-ups. 9. It feels to me that the city is too big for no reason. (As far as I played) when I travel out to explore there’s not much more that I cannot get from the beginning area. I think the biggest problem with the game currently is that I’m buying house to buy more houses. There needs to be something more than that. Ideas for improving game: 1. Cars could have a trunk (can carry more items) 2. Some kind of quests? Research tree? Crafting items? 3. I think multiplayer could benefit from this game. Let a bunch of players loose on the map, see who can collect the most amount of money 4. Maybe the tenants could be chosen from the citizens walking around? Like you have to go talk to them? And they could decide if they want to move in based on how pretty the house is and if they can afford it? 5. You could decorate the houses with items that increase it’s value? 6. There could be animals like racoons roaming around the city, throwing trash around, decreasing the appeal of the apartments. 7. There could be a more detailed tenant system where you have to interact with your tenants. Some tenants are lazy and don’t want to pay up, you might want to kick them out, some of them will trash your place. You could decide to increase their rent but they might want to leave the house. If you decorate the house with items that add value to the property you are more likely to successfully raise their rent. 8. There might be broken stuff in the apartment where they request you to replace it. You can get the replacement from the store. 9. The player could have their own property from where they can organize all tenant business so they don’t have to run up to every single house. You could also improve your own home, buying furniture and upgrades to the house which provides benefits to the player. 10. Players could have more stats like charisma, hunger, thirst, energy etc…

You can add autosave in the settings and, if the game has an option to save the game, add the option to delete progress and save cells to create a new game.

Add a public transportation system where and add bus stops, with a bus driving arround that you can take to go to various point of interests of the city and add a bus driver job, where you play the bus driver and get each money at each consecutive stop you go to.

You can add separate types of rocks from which you can collect iron, copper, gold, as well as add a chance of small mining of gems from ordinary rocks

A very good idea to add accessories-improvements for example: improvements for boots that will speed up movement, backpack - which will increase the amount of space for example by 50 kg, and so on. I noticed this idea in Steam discussions
