<ul class="tight" data-tight="true"><li>A "trash" system 👉 Trashes will randomly spawn on your purchased properties and you will need to take them out, if you don't rent will decrease.</li><li>Add more upgrades</li><li>Increase rent when building upgraded</li><li>Add an "on sale" sign on property that can be purchased</li></ul>
